Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the most accurate lab dip submission to be done according to the buyer's requirements with a least time frame.
∎ Responsible for the Selection of Dye/Chemical combinations to reach the optimum productivity in Lab Dyeing & bulk dyeing.
∎ Develop the R & D team & work out on the cost effective dyes & chemicals combinations without affecting the production process time & fabric quality parameters.
∎ Organize training program for all technical staffs on machine handling and up-gradation.
∎ Responsible to take corrective actions for dye house rejections.
∎ Responsible for daily laboratory color matching out put & hitting the daily targets.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
