Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, establish, review and update HR and administrative policies, practices and procedure as per company guide line for facilitating the desired HR changes and improvement.
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services.
∎ Must have knowledge about all methods of appraisal system and ensure the effective implementation in organization.
∎ Follow up exit interview to identify reasons of employee turnover.
∎ Monitor company payroll to ensure salary, wages and attendance system properly.
∎ Ensure the implementation of standard performance evaluation process to measure employees' performance yearly basis, Prepare Role Clarifications of employees.
∎ Initiate training & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organization.
∎ Ensure the execution of talent Management and Employee relation activities to build up real healthy work environment at workplace. Oversee and revise compensation and Benefits of employees time to time.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Prepare different Notes/Memos/Notices/Drafts etc. both in English and Bengali as per requirement.
∎ Managing the ongoing labor/employee's cases of the company.
∎ Initiate to update the legal documents or keep liaisons with govt. agencies (Factory License, Fire License, Environment Clearance Certificate, Boiler License, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s) & Business: HR, Admin & Compliance Dept. of Garments (Woven & Knit).
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Knowledge of the relevant local laws
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence at all levels
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
