∎ B.com/M. com /Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Preferred Professional Certification: CACC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Check and verify all kinds of bill & voucher to ensure the accuracy.
∎ To check monthly wages, salary and OT sheet, EL and employees settlement payments.
∎ Monthly/ Periodically book and physical inventory verification.
∎ Ensure existing policies including HR policies are being followed in the factory.
∎ Keep records and follow up all administration and accounts related work
∎ Ensure proper coordination of administrative support services.
∎ Monitor and control office and Production activities.
∎ Represent company in periodical meetings with project team and customers.
∎ Maintain good relationship with customers, clients, and all other stakeholders.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor laws.
∎ Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance etc.
∎ Keep all employees personal record & update time-to-time.
∎ Have strong time management abilities.
∎ Have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
∎ Have ability to demonstrate team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
