∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge on dying/finishing/weaving/garment making.
∎ Soft skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
∎ Language proficiency: English and Bangla.
∎ Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ For Fiber & Flammability Lab: Candidate must have expertise in identifying fibers, performing chemical analysis of different fiber blends, and being familiar with market fiber regulations such as US, EU, Canada, GB. Knowledge of general flammability and nightwear clothing is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct all allotted tests as per methods and SOP.
∎ Performing reviewing/checking on test reports from laboratory staff and/or other offices to ensure that the reports are up to the customer’s requirement.
∎ Supervise all kind of correlation as well as proficiency test up to result along with arrange to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.
∎ Prepare initial test report and verify accuracy of test results. Monitor any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment.
∎ Ensure all assigned tests are completed within stipulated timeline.
∎ Keep all necessary records of the tests conducted. Maintain stock records and monitor the consumables.
∎ Maintain all QC parameters as per SOP/guideline and update daily QC.
∎ Maintain equipment performance and up-to-date calibration records.
