Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software developing, report designing, supporting to java web base HRMS software.
∎ To Install Oracle server, client, RDBMS maintain, backup, recovery policies, procedures, triggering and Implementation database.
∎ To perform recruitment & selection process those include manpower requisition, Internal Sourcing, Online Advertisement, CV sorting, taking part in interview session, final selection and placement.
∎ Implementing and maintaining database security.
∎ Updating HRM database.
∎ Performing any other activities assigned by in-charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years java full stack Software developing Experience (HRMS preferable).
∎ Working experience in Core Java and Java EE platform with servlets, JSP, JDBC, Multithreading, Hibernate, MVC and spring-boot/grail.
∎ Good Knowledge in Oracle complex query and PL/SQL.
∎ Very good understanding of Oracle core database architecture.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
