Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Asst. factory Manager, experienced in Garments Accessories (Corrugated Carton) manufacturing industry.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Merul Badda)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have work experience in factory previously manufacturing garments accessories (corrugated Carton).
∎ Making factory related reports and supply to authority time to time.
∎ Must have the ability to handle work with integrity.
∎ Need to achieve production targets by authority and plan production.
∎ Skills are required in all aspects related to recruitment of workers.
∎ Every effort should be made to maintain the working environment in the factory.
∎ Must be proficient in communicating with government administration officials who come to inspect the factory and have overall skills to solve problems.
∎ Monitoring the warehouse of the factory and monitoring the report of supply manufactured goods and all the information related to it should be given to the authority.
∎ Must be willing to do any other work related to the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about operating Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, The candidate has to converse in English.
∎ Must be skilled and have a good personality.
∎ Ability to communicate easily.
