Education:
Diploma/ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.
B.Sc. in Chemistry/Biology/Physics from any reputed universities.

Prior experience in yarn/fabric testing and lab operations is preferred.
Knowledge of production sample matching and development is essential.
Must have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email communication.
Must be team-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Arkan Road, Kalarpool, Patiya, Chattogram.
Perform grey yarn testing with precision and consistency.
Proficient in test sample preparation for garment and fabric testing.
Capable of performing both colorfastness and mechanical tests on garments and fabrics.
Conduct yarn and fabric composition analysis.
Understand and apply AATCC / ISO / ASTM testing methods.
Operate and maintain lab equipment and testing machinery efficiently.
Clean and sterilize laboratory tools and equipment as per protocols.
Record test results, data, and research findings accurately.
Monitor lab inventory and coordinate with the team for supply requirements.
Assist in sample development and ensure proper production matching.
Work closely with the team and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
Color blindness is not allowed for this position due to the nature of the testing.
Execute any additional tasks assigned by the management.
