Sound knowledge on MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Overseeing the functionality and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring it effectively supports business goals.
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends, segment customers for targeted campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Working closely with internal & external stakeholder.
- Preparing and presenting reports on the performance of CRM activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Generate various report as per line manager requirement.
- Follow up client list regular basis to ensure smooth business operation.
- Identifying and resolving various issues as per field force requirement.
