Coal Trading, Jetty Operation, Vessel Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping liaison with mother vessel supervisor and collecting lighter information.
∎ Planning unloading sequence & coordinate with Receiving party, surveyor & carrier.
∎ Receive boat notes of lighters, check security seal & cargo condition, and file up all documents.
∎ Monitoring unloading operation.
∎ Handling unloading-related issues in the jetty.
∎ Maintaining liaison with foreign supervisors for smooth unloading operations.
∎ Report to all concerned persons about the unloading status.
∎ Keeping a record of all related documents & security seals.
∎ Pursuing BIFPCL officials for bill clearance.
∎ Any routine job instructed by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken
∎ Good communication skills
∎ MS Office Applications
∎ Reporting and Documentation
Salary: Negotiable
