Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGDHRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Factory Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring HR, admin & Compliance related tasks as Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO conventions & company CoC
∎ Maintain & update employee Personal file time to time.
∎ Ensuring compliance in whole factory premises as guided by law, company CoC and company policy-procedures.
∎ Work closely with management and employees to improve healthy & sound work environment to accelerate productivity.
∎ Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on daily basis.
∎ Working for employee's wages & others benefit through mobile financial service or bank account.
∎ Counseling & motivating workers to bring behavioral change for ensuring better productivity.
∎ Conducting employee orientation program.
∎ Establishing a strong communication bridge between Management and workers.
∎ Arranging & coordinating meeting and events.
∎ Working with all level of internal management and staff, outside interested parties and vendors.
∎ Handling disciplinary action procedures as well as grievance procedures as per law.
∎ Maintain healthy relation among all departments of all factory units for better functioning of the organization.
∎ Maintaining a healthy industrial relation.
∎ Monitoring employee safety issues as well as organizational safety.
∎ Counseling & motivating employees about absenteeism.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Fluency in English both written and speaking.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized & responsible.
∎ Ability to work as team player.
∎ Mentality to work in shifting at factory level.
