Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in factory all employees and top management with all IT related problems like software troubleshooting, hardware malfunction, new operating system installation, Server maintenance etc.
∎ Monitor the smooth operation of Internet system of head office & factory.
∎ Have to have computer System & Networking Knowledge on ICT of Textile & Garments.
∎ Computer Hardware and it's servicing knowledge on related sector.
∎ Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in a Factory.
∎ NVR & IP Camera configuration, setting & Maintenance.
∎ Have to have the experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
∎ Working Experience on Email Server, File Server and ERPWindows server, active directory.
∎ IT Audit planning and prepare.Desktop & Network support with attendance system support, CCTV, Web meeting, conference meeting support.
∎ Hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
∎ Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components any other task as assigned by the authority and management.
