∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) in any reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculating Standard Minute Value (SMV) of new style based on customer provided sketch.
∎ Analyze the style-wise Operation Bulletin based on GSD & confirm the SMV with projected efficiency.
∎ Prepare General Work Process Layout, Operation Process Chart and Calculate Standard Machine Required according to the production target.
∎ Handling Industrial Engineering Practice, System Engineering & Operator Skill Development Program.
∎ Train the production people on LEAN tools for productivity improvement.
∎ Instruct other members or staff, manpower requirements, machinery needed for the product and organize line balances to optimize productivity.
∎ Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each section.
∎ Implementing 5'S at working area.
∎ Problem solving through Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Chart & block out Fishbone Diagram.
∎ Find out the bottleneck process and take necessary action for balancing it.
∎ Follow-up to reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower.
∎ Trouble shooting from previous days report on the basis of production report (Collect from supervisor), quality report etc. And try to find the root cause then provide solution.
∎ Follow-up house-keeping of the floor, irregularities or abnormalities happening in your area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office
∎ Ability to lead a multi-cultural diversified team.
∎ Very strong management leadership skill & self-directed.
∎ Hands on office applications.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken English.
∎ Excellent report writing & presentation skill.
Salary: Negotiable
