We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Asst. Executive / Executive (HR & Admin) for Paper Mill, Sector- C, Bashundhara Group.

  • Execute day-to-day administrative-related functions, including daily attendance, leave records, payroll, safety & security, recruitment, and housekeeping.

  • To maintain all data records, papers related to recruitment, wages, OT.

  • To maintain employees’ personal files & keep up to date.

  • Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes & practices.

  • Drafting Appointment letter, Promotion letter, Transfer letter & various notes as per line manager instruction.

  • Checking various bills & ensure gate pass. Security post monitoring & set duty roster.

  • Perform day-to-day HR activities as per line manager instruction.
