Job Context:
∎ Four H Dyeing & Printing Limited is one of the largest Knit fabric manufacturing industries looking for some persons who have to handle a challenging position having sufficient knowledge about fabric sales marketing.
∎ Job Location: Four H Dyeing & Printing Ltd., Arakan Road, Kalarpool, Capra, Patiya, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling fabrics to garment factories & brands in national & international level.
∎ Collection of swatch, Lab dip submission & delivery sample to clients.
∎ Pricing and negotiating with clients to ensure a competitive price.
∎ Order booking, placing production order, follow up production process to meet lead time and on time delivery.
∎ Issuing proforma invoice for LC coordinating with clients and cross follow up with commercial department.
∎ Receiving client acceptance and follow up LC status coordinating with Commercial department.
∎ Bill submission, PI submission, collection of the bill and LC acceptance on time through contact with customer
∎ Capable to develop and implement strategic plan to meet the sales target.
∎ Maintaining all necessary records, documents and database.
∎ Follow up clients and ensure on time payment collection.
∎ Correspondance with clients to fulfill their requirements.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding the fabric nature, type, performance as well as technical requirements of customer about fabrics.
∎ Working capacity with R&D team, knitting, dyeing and finishing team.
∎ Understanding capacity of international payment terms, LC, TT, FDT, etc.
∎ Able & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Fluency in English both written and speaking.
∎ Self motivated self organized & responsible.
∎ Team Worker & target oriented.
