Job Context:
∎ Digicon Telecommunication Limited is looking for Assistant Engineer - NMC (Network Management Center) under Technology Division for MIME, ISP.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Data, Transmission and Access Network of ISP, IIG and NIX.
∎ Monitor applications and service platform.
∎ Report preparation and analysis.
∎ CORE service provisioning for customer from data network devices like Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik Router and switches.
∎ Day to day Core IP network operation for ISP/IIG/NIX.
∎ Provide L2 technical support to customer.
∎ Resolve and/or escalate network fault.
∎ Maintain log of network issues.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues (fault notification)
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants experienced in IT/Telecommunication/IIG/ISP/NIX NMC/NOC area will have added advantage.
∎ In-depth knowledge of network devices i.e. Juniper/Cisco/Mikrotik, OLT and Wifi routers
∎ IP networking knowledge, i.e IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work in roster schedule including night shift.
