∎ H.S.C / Diploma / Bachelor degree in IT discipline. Must have to possess sound knowledge of Web Design & Development, E-commerce Business, F-commerce, Promotional campaigns. For skilled candidate, educational requirement can be relaxed.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Web Design and Development
∎ Training/Trade Course: Web Design and Development,Ecommerce
∎ Skills Required: Basic Web Development, Web Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a well-organized E-commerce Business developer to provide the necessary support to Online sales team and essential follow-up with his/her senior to ensure estimated monthly sales. The goal is to facilitate the team`s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
∎ Workplace: Full time Work in Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate Online Business team by managing schedules, filing important online forms and communicating relevant information.
∎ Ensure the adequacy of sales-related information.
∎ Attend customer calls & provide necessary response with info.
∎ Handle the processing of all orders related to the sales and servicing management with accuracy and timeliness
∎ Handle and response calls & customer queries to ensure the total monthly estimated subscription from existing customers/ subscribers in Facebook shop & rest all E-commerce shops.
∎ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
∎ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
∎ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
∎ Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
∎ Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
∎ Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of Web Design & Development, E-Commerce, F-commerce. Ability to Work Under Pressure, B2B and B2C sales and marketing Coordination.
∎ Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving and A team player with a high level of dedication
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
