Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure delivery of Rice products.
Prepare scheduling Issue inward and outward gate pass of delivery of any products.
Prepare analysis reports to minimize cost of distribution.
Prepared delivered & undelivered report.
Maintain general ledger Assist in preparing write off proposal for restricted items of all businesses.
Assist in processing credit notes of all businesses.
Assist in monitoring dues of COD customers.
Assist in monitoring SMS collection of all depots.
Time to time participate in depot audit.
Preserve all approval of sample, special price document, credit note documents of all business.
Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor.
