Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee bond licensing and customs audit processes
∎ Manage UD, and UP formalities
∎ Conduct in-bond and ex-bond operations
∎ Supervise all tasks related to general bonding
∎ Prepare custom book entries based on UD consumption
∎ Ensure documentation accuracy for bond license renewal and audits
∎ Track and renew IRC, ERC, and other related licenses
∎ Follow up on annual import permissions
∎ Include machinery and raw materials during import processes
∎ Prepare PRC documentation for banks
∎ Manage tasks involving the Board of Investment and Chief Controller of Imports & Exports
∎ Coordinate with BGMEA, BKMEA, and BPGMEA
∎ Compile yearly customs statements for import/export
∎ Maintain effective liaison with customs offices
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with bond and export regulations within the factory.
