Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials and products fitness as per standard.
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation of quality check of Cement.
∎ Ensure brand wise chemical test of both grinding & finished products.
∎ Handle laboratory equipment with safety and security.
∎ Keep documentation of laboratory activities for reference purposes.
∎ Check & test the quality of machines and chemicals.
∎ Perform raw material test by setting observation time along with packer wise weight checking.
∎ Actively monitor Jetty and Packing plant activities.
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly.
∎ Maintain quality control methodologies to carry out analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Interpersonal skill.
∎ Problem solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Job Location: Plant site at Sonargaon, Naryanganj. Transferable to another site of UCIL or any other business unit of MGI.
