Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage chemical processes involved in the production of Kraft, Medium, Liner, and High-Grade Liner papers.
Supervise the wastage reception process and ensure effective handling and disposal as per industry standards.
Conduct and assist various laboratory tests including Burst Factor Test, Burst, Strength Test, Caliper Measurement, etc.
Utilize SAP software for inventory management, quality control, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain effective operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
Collaborate with the factory team to optimize the paper production process and troubleshoot any issues.
Provide technical support and recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process.
Maintain proper documentation of chemical usage, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures.
