Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage chemical processes involved in the production of Kraft, Medium, Liner, and High-Grade Liner papers.
∎ Supervise the wastage reception process and ensure effective handling and disposal as per industry standards.
∎ Conduct and assist various laboratory tests including Burst Factor Test, Burst, Strength Test, Caliper Measurement, etc.
∎ Utilize SAP software for inventory management, quality control, and process documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain effective operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
∎ Collaborate with the factory team to optimize the paper production process and troubleshoot any issues.
∎ Provide technical support and recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of chemical usage, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures.
