• Diploma in Architecture

• Age 20 to 30 years

• 3D animation visualize, Lumion, SketchUp expertise needed.

• Excellent skills in architectural software such as SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray render, 3D modeling and rendering 3d Visualization, AutoCAD 3d, Revit, Photoshop, and others relevant software.

• Design and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents.

• Identifying clients needs.

• Producing, Sketch, AutoCAD, 2D drawings and 3D modeling/design as necessary to communicate with clients.

• Structural drawing drafting.

• Collaborate with consulting and in-house architects and civil engineers, maintaining coordination between architectural and engineering teams.

• Proficient in preparing AutoCAD presentations, SketchUp models, 3D visualizations, and illustrations as per project requirements.

• Solid understanding of modern design concepts.

• Must have adequate knowledge in designing modern residential and commercial buildings.

• Mindset to work in office location. (must see address in details)

• Must have adequate knowledge and get in touch with the architectural design industry.

• Proficient in preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designs, and layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.

• Prepare architectural design concepts, plans, detailed working drawings, site monitoring, and supervision of architectural works according to the design.

• Understanding of project costing, material costing, feasibility testing, and effective project planning for timely completion.
