Responsibilities & Context:
This role is intended for a technically proficient software professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in application development, preferably within a software company or bank. The candidate must have solid expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Dart, Java, or C#, and a strong foundation in building mobile applications using Flutter or backend systems. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development is required, along with familiarity in state management (RiverPOD/BLOC), RESTful API integration, and modern architectural patterns such as MVC and CLEAN.

Application Development:
Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter or backend applications using Java/C# with a focus on performance and scalability.Feature Delivery & Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and release new features aligned with project objectives.Performance Optimization & Debugging:
Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications by identifying bottlenecks and fixing complex bugs.Code Quality & Maintenance:
Maintain clean, organized, and testable code by following best practices in architecture, version control, and automation.
