∎ LL.B (Hon’s) and LLM degree from any reputed University.
∎ No 3rd Division is allowed. (Minimum 2.50 out of 4.00)

∎ 3 Years in loan documentation of any banking institution or reputed law firm.
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure
∎ Ability and willingness to make visible contribution in loan documentation
∎ Strong communication in both English and Bangla & interpersonal skill
∎ Interested candidates must have mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge about Banking Laws and Company Laws
∎ Candidates must have good drafting skills and strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
∎ Candidate must have high moral character with integrity and good professional track record.
∎ Candidate must have professional membership and certification with the relevant authority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Furnishing of Legal Opinion upon scrutinizing property related documents
∎ Arranging for searching the genuineness of property/land documents and Plan verification with the concerned authority with the support of enlisted Law firms/Surveyors
∎ Drafting/Preparation of security documents i.e. Mortgage Deed, Power Deed, TPA, Indemnity Bond, Undertaking, Affidavit, Redemption Deed, Revocation Deed etc. in accordance with the legal opinion as applicable
∎ Providing of original legal documents list which are required before disbursement
∎ Providing of charge documents list which are required before disbursement
∎ Furnishing legal opinion of various issues touching banking business
∎ Drafting RJSC related documentations regarding charge creation
∎ Maintain separate MIS & preparation of third party agency bills (Vetting and title search)
∎ Furnishing of Legal Opinion upon scrutinizing property related documents
