Responsibilities & Context:

Maintain relationship with home developers and auto vendors, and prepare/update securitization status of Home Loans.

*Maintain data related to home loans, home loans under TPA, and auto loans for MIS purposes, and prepare related presentations.

*Follow up with developers and customers to update post-disbursement securitization documentation for home loans under TPA.

*Collect security documents from developers and customers.

*Assist internal and external stakeholders in preparing and completing securitization documentation.

*Maintain relationships with real estate developers and auto vendors to develop and manage plans for all vendor-related activities.

*Categorize new developers and update the developer database.
