Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the target market and develop new business to enrich the portfolio
∎ Prepare credit proposals for new and renewal of facilities including financial analysis, manage credit risk and ensure high quality asset
∎ Provide day to day operational services to the customers, ensure high quality of services to customers
∎ Build up good rapport with the clients to ensure smooth conduct of the accounts
∎ Deal with different departments within the bank and also handle the customer queries and requests accordingly
∎ Ensure cross-selling of Bank’s products & Services
∎ Constantly monitor accounts, security checklist, stock reports and identify stock shortfall
∎ Gather market intelligence and peer group information
∎ Initiate contacts with new customers once being identified as target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of balance sheet management, financial ratios and rules
∎ Adequate knowledge about financial markets products and services
∎ Strong credit knowledge
∎ Good understanding on country’s regulatory environment
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details
∎ Great negotiation skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and stakeholder management
