Certifications in Process Re-Engineering / Business Process Re-Engineering / Project Management will be considered an added advantage.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in banking/fintech or relevant fields are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
Process Re-Engineering Coordination: Assist the Unit Head in coordinating process re-engineering activities and tasks.
Process Analysis & Improvement: Understand and analyze existing bank processes to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Process Formulation: Explore and formulate re-engineered processes aligned with global standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved processes for the bank.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain direct correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation & Presentation: Prepare official documentation and presentations for different purposes.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track, report, and drive the progress of process re-engineering initiatives.
Technology Awareness: Maintain basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and their implementation in business processes.
