Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably BBA in HRM) from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure timely delivery of employee final settlement
∎ Collect all the required documents of new joiners for maintaining personal files
∎ New file entry in HRMS software
∎ Ensure regular files are updated in EDMS software.
∎ Maintain the transfer management process, ensuring proper procedure and guidelines
∎ Assist to arrange and actively participate in employee engagement programs
∎ Collect and analyze data with relevant HR metrics

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Good planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
∎ Adept at working with diverse teams of different cultures and personalities
∎ Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and time management skills
