Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years of Graduation/Master’s Degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a team lead/member while conducting investigation on a specific incidence or customer complaint pertaining to any branch, Citygem priority center, agent banking outlet, head office division, department, unit, or subsidiary of the bank and ensure completion of the investigation work timely and effectively.
∎ Act as the lead/member of the accountability exercise team to conduct accountability exercise on deteriorated loan accounts of different business segments (corporate/commercial/medium) of the bank on regular intervals as well as and when required basis.
∎ Conduct an in-depth investigation considering all applicable regulations, guidelines, policies, circulars, SOPs etc.
∎ Find out root causes and analyze the impact of accountability practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05-10 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
∎ Strong understanding of audit concepts and techniques
∎ Sound analytical skill identifying trend, analysis of data etc. with great attention to detail and problem solving skills
∎ Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning
∎ Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point and familiarity with relevant computer software
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh Bank regulation
