Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years graduation/Masters Degree preferably in business discipline major in Finance/ Accounting/ MIS/ Bank Management) with appropriate training.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mitigate future classification risk of the respective portfolio
∎ Keep the loan provision as minimum as possible
∎ Taking Litigation process in due time; depoly inhouse resources, increase outstation visit to increase cash collection.
∎ Ensure to maintain approved collection manual while communicating delinquent customer and effective collection monitoring mechanism in place

∎ Improve collection team efficiency
∎ Appropriate Training for collections Personnel on the credit (scoring)/ risk process
∎ Training on collection negotiation to Employees Handling the Role effectively

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
∎ Multiple stakeholder management
∎ Ensure sound asset quality and a conservative credit culture throughout the lending in retail loans
∎ Proven leadership and team building skill with well developed coaching skills and people management
∎ Sound analytical skill to generate and interpret MI, identifying trend, analysis of data etc
∎ Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning
∎ Knowledge about database management, query design, and report generation
∎ Competency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio etc
∎ Proper understanding of credit and risk management and ability to balance risk and business requirements in high volume retail lending environment
∎ Thorough knowledge of Retail Asset products, Credit cards, SME (Small) and market situation
∎ Leadership Skills
