Minimum BBA or Bachelor’s in Economics / CSE / Digital Banking or any other relevant subject from top ranked public and private universities.
The candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

Excellent presentation skills. Fluency in English with exceptional writing proficiency.
Strong interest and up-to-date knowledge in AI, modern technology, digital banking, and fintech. Strong research capability and analytical mindset.
Freshers are specially encouraged to apply. Experience in AI/fintech will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Innovation Scoping: Review given contexts and formulate scope of innovation.
Innovation Support: Understand, support, and contribute to new innovation initiatives in various capacities.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain direct correspondence with local and international stakeholders.
Documentation & Alignment: Prepare official documentation, presentations, and requirements for various purposes and stakeholder alignment.
Initiative Facilitation: Assist the Unit Head in facilitating and contributing to internal and external discussions and partnerships related to innovation initiatives.
Co-Creation: Co-create ideas and initiatives with various stakeholders.
Coordination & Management: Manage and coordinate innovation initiatives.
Research & Trends: Conduct research on AI and digital banking trends.
