BIM Expert (Autodesk Revit)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Architect to support international architectural projects through BIM modeling, model review, quality control, and multidisciplinary coordination. The candidate will collaborate closely with foreign architects, engineers, and BIM teams to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and project standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires strong BIM proficiency, architectural knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work within international project environments.
Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company standards.

1. Review and quality-check BIM models prepared by other modelers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with BIM standards.

2. Collaborate with foreign architects and project teams to support design development and project delivery.

3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other consultants to resolve design and model coordination issues.

4. Assist in the preparation and updating of architectural drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.

5. Identify and report clashes, inconsistencies, and technical issues within BIM models and support their resolution.

6. Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate design and technical requirements effectively.

7. Incorporate design revisions, consultant comments, and project updates into BIM models and documentation.

8. Ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), quality standards, and client requirements.

9. Support the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices within the organization.
