Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore Business Opportunities from Existing and Potential Clients.
∎ Preparation of Project appraisal, credit proposal, disbursement against approved finance proposals.
∎ Loan Recovery.
∎ Develop and manage portfolio for all direct and syndicated loans ensuring optimal quality and profitability.
∎ Ensure internal & external compliance & mitigate compliance issues.
∎ Follow up with RMs for pending documents and ensure productivity by quickly and accurately delivering assigned tasks.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer service.
∎ Assisting large corporate and middle market clients in all financial needs.
∎ Maintaining knowledge of borrower's business and industry through regular contact, factory/ warehouse inspection, etc.
∎ Analyze and circulate routine departmental reports involving extensive calculations.
∎ Facilitate timely settlement of loan/lease accounts.
∎ Maintain good rapport and smooth communication with stakeholders.
∎ Assist in overdue monitoring to manage client relationship and any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Minimum 8 (Eight) years of working experience with any reputed NBFI/Bank.
∎ Required Competencies:
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding on credit risk assessment and financial modeling
∎ Full awareness and appreciation of profit dynamics in Financial Institution.
∎ Proven leadership and people management skills with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm.
