Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate or Master's Degree (preferably in the field of Business Studies).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop innovative sales ideas and plan regarding capital market.
∎ Explore the potential clients all over the country.
∎ Introduce new clients and funds for the company
∎ Execute the nationwide rigorous sales activities for the potential investors of capital market.
∎ Continuous communication with the clients for business prospects.
∎ Serve the retail clients and take the exemplary initiatives to generate new business prospects through client hunting.
∎ Ensuring profitable growth of branches and contribute to the business strategy by prudent investment and cost control.
∎ Motivated to ensure clients service excellence as well as utmost client's satisfaction. Communicate with cross functional teams for sales, trade and other related issues.
∎ Maintain 100% compliance of ESSL and regulators (BSEC, DSE and CSE) rules and regulation strictly.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 36 years
∎ 6-8 years of proven experiences as Trader/Authorize Representative in any brokerage house.
∎ Authorized Representatives/Traders from other securities/brokerage are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates having Excellent Salesmanship and Sound Knowledge over Capital Market will be preferred.
∎ Must be enthusiast toward the capital market.
∎ Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills (oral and writing).
∎ Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement and result oriented.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and capable team-player.
∎ Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept upto-date in order to meet the needs of the position.
∎ Well versed in MS Office Package, lnternet and email correspondence.
