Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have proper knowledge of Electrical & mechanical Components. And capable to install, Maintain and troubleshooting knowledge, like as Motors, sensor, conveying equipment’s, and control shed.
∎ Must be capable of monitoring the Ventilation system and troubleshooting as required.
∎ Should be capable of Monitoring proper feeding & watering systems needful bird behavior.
∎ Ensuring minimum spare parts are required during operation & cleaning period. Also need to maintain automatically litter transfer process during cleaning period.
∎ Must have proper communication skill with farm management & Technical team as well.
∎ Should be capable of managing all kinds of operational Hazards and ensuring a safe working environment.
∎ Must have good technical knowledge of Hatchery Machinery.
∎ Must have practical experience in the poultry industry.
∎ Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate with others to provide effective solutions.
∎ Ensure to complete installation needs as stated by site management.
