Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise concerned construction staff to confirm well implementation of the construction activities in the assigned area.
∎ Prepare Cost estimation and BOQ of different construction work with in assigned areas.
∎ Ensure all construction related work are done according to the design and specifications.
∎ Maintain communication and liaison with Donors, Local Governing Bodies and other administrative bodies.
∎ Ensure the availability of construction material
∎ Visit field to monitor sites construction work and to identify fabrication and modification required
∎ Ensure representation and coordination of HCMP with ISCG (Inter Sector Coordination Group), national and local authorities, INGOs and other Sectors
∎ Conduct need assessment survey of different structure on the basis of beneficiaries / users demand and need
∎ Maintain proper archive management for further reference
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in construction cost estimation, BOQ
∎ Knowledge in MS Office & Auto CAD
∎ Ability to work under pressure or in emergency situations
∎ Have standard knowledge on related field
∎ Problem solving & decision making on different issues
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
