• Intermediate knowledge Linux system administration (CentOS/AlmaLinux/Ubuntu)

• Knowledge of web hosting and cPanel/WHM

• Understanding of mail servers (Postfix, Dovecot, SMTP/IMAP/POP3)

• DNS and domain management

• SSL certificate installation and renewal

• Basic server security, backup, and monitoring

• Fundamental networking knowledge

• Ability to troubleshoot hosting and email issues

• Good communication and documentation skillsAny other relevant work assigned from the department.

• Installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Linux-based servers (CentOS/AlmaLinux/Ubuntu).

• Manage and support domain, web hosting, DNS, and email services (cPanel/WHM, Postfix, Dovecot, Roundcube, etc.).

• Monitor server performance, uptime, disk usage, and system logs; take proactive actions to prevent service downtime.

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hosting, domain, and email-related customer issues.

• Assist in managing mail security, including spam filtering, virus protection, and email delivery troubleshooting.

• Perform regular backup, restore, and disaster recovery tasks for servers and customer data.

• Help maintain server security by applying updates, patches, firewall rules, and basic hardening practices.

• Provisioning and managing shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated server environments.

• SSL certificate installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with senior system administrators and NOC teams during incidents and maintenance windows.

• Maintain proper documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

• Follow company policies, security guidelines, and ISP operational standards.
