Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing and administrating Linux/Unix based servers including LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, MS 365, Firewall, Gateway, IP PBX, IT Help Desk Ticketing, Web Server (Apache & Nginx) in LAMP environment, Power DNS and Pi-hole.
∎ Assist in managing and administrating Windows based servers including AD, DNS, DHCP and WDS WSUS
∎ Participate in managing administrating virtualized platforms including VMware and Proxmox.
∎ Participate in managing and maintaining standard datacenter operations.
∎ Support in backup, recovery, and storage management operation.
∎ Support in managing remote office tools, orchestration tools.
∎ Ensure support and adherence with related policies, SOPs, audit, and compliance requirements including SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001
∎ Develop and maintain internal technical documentation and manuals.
∎ Participate in related functional and cross-functional projects.
∎ Build, manage & maintain relationship with respective suppliers & stakeholders.
