Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for supervising all testing activities.
∎ Perform, review, and verify test reports to ensure they meet customer requirements.
∎ Manage and develop the laboratory team, ensuring testing is completed on time and meets customer satisfaction.
∎ Supervise all correlation and proficiency tests and coordinate communication with clients.
∎ Verify test results, incoming materials, and the quality of consumables.
∎ Maintain 3Z (Zero Defect, Zero Waste, Zero Accident) in all aspects.
∎ Responsible for supervising all testing activities.
