∎ Achieve new business in different banking product including but not limited to deposit, Accounts, cards, Loan, etc.
∎ Ensure customer retention and business target.
∎ Manage the PAR & NPL of the own portfolio.
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers and other important stakeholders.
∎ Ensure high quality services to the stakeholders.
∎ Onboard profitable customer relationship and new-to-bank customers
