Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing & generating retail loans as per target set by Consumer Finance, Retail Banking Division
∎ Preparation of Loan Proposals and Placement of the same to concern Officials
∎ Follow up loan application till disbursement or rejection with the practiced/agreed TAT (Turn Around Time)
∎ Others activities assigned time to time by Consumer Finance, Retail Banking Division
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age below 30 years as on December 15, 2019
∎ Geographic mobility and flexibility, willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill with pleasant personality
∎ Must be proactive, self motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure, must be a team member and ability to meet deadline
∎ Computer literacy will be preferred
Salary:
∎ Salary (starts from BDT. 22,000/-), incentive based on business volume and other admissible benefits.
