Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recovery management of non-performing Corporate & SME assets
∎ Improve quality of Bank's asset portfolio
∎ Appropriate measures against assets with bleak recovery prospect
∎ Contribute to the income A/C of the Bank
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in Banking/ NBFI preferably in relevant field
∎ Vast Knowledge on BRPD Classification & provisioning policy.
∎ Knowledge on Loan Rehabilitation process (Rescheduling/ Restructuring/Settlement/Arbitration).
∎ Knowledge on loan documentation and proposal submission.
∎ Knowledge on mortgaged asset disposal process.
∎ Knowledge on Negotiation Instrument Act and Artharin Adalat Ain & high court case proceedings.
∎ Have to be a good negotiator.
∎ Have to be a Team player.
∎ Able to make visit extensively.
