• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Water Resources Engineering

• Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering, with training in QS, Legal or Contract management.

• Preferably a background in Civil and Environment or Water from any government approved institution.

• Preferred Professional Certification: Certified Professional Quantity Surveyor (CPQS), Chartered Quantity Surveying Certification, Legal, Contract, FIDIC, Primavera, PMP.

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Overseas Companies

• Age At least 28 years

• Project-based contractual job.

• Contract Duration: 06 Months. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)

• Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; Monitor timely completion of Contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site condition & measurement, BOQ, contract, Quality standards, RFI, and daily progress report.

• Undertake site visits to conduct technical audits of randomly selected bills; Highlight issues to the Project Manager and undertake timely corrective action.

• Provide timely support to the Contract Management cell, Commercial and Procurement Departments on all contract and BOQ related matters to raise Client running account bill.

• Shall be responsible for compiling all data, forms, invoices, receipts, work registers and any other supporting documents for Client billing.

• Conduct preliminary rate analysis and provide inputs to Project Manager for finalization of rates for the sub-contractors.

• Maintain a database of all BOQs, Contractor bills, tax invoices, payment receipts and related documentation.

• Provide MIS reports for Comparison of Budgeted cost vs Billing vs Expenditure

• Preparations of Monthly reconciliation statement of materials issued to contractors, consumed by each contractor, and a stock register.

• Attend construction-related meetings to support project-related functions and effectively communicate with the project team to resolve conflicts in interpretation.

• Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
