∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Management
∎ Candidates from any recognized universities at home or abroad.
∎ Skills Required: Adaptive to Culture, Budget Management, Communication skills, Cost and budget, Financial Reporting, Fluent In English, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost & Management Accounting, ERP, Microsoft Excel, Ms Office Suite, SAP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of real variances/project budget
∎ Production of cash flow reporting for Headquarters,
∎ Preparation of estimates,
∎ Assistance in the preparation of the monthly management report,
∎ Administrative and financial support for the project management team,
∎ Preparation of invoices (IPC) according to FIDIC construction standards,
∎ Monitoring of payment of customer invoices,
∎ Monitoring of subcontracting and supply contracts,
∎ Monitoring of the correct conformity of invoices received and their payment deadlines,
∎ Assistance to operational staff for the issuance of orders until payment to suppliers.
∎ Assistance in the Tax follow-up
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost Control & Management Accounting
∎ Pack mastery office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access...)
∎ Rigour, initiative, and ability to adapt
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in software handling (ERP, SAP, etc. preferable)
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing
