We are looking to recruit a qualified, competent, self-confident, proactive Accountant.
The selected individual will get a promising opportunity to work on the ongoing project.
Project-based contractual job.
Contract Duration: 18 Months. (maybe extended by the Company, if required).
- Analysis of real variances and preparation of project budget
- Preparation of the monthly management report,
- Production of financial and cash flow reporting for Headquarters,
- Respect deadlines and be a part of the consolidation of the SNC financial statements
- Preparation of estimates,
- Administrative and financial support for the project management team,
- Preparation of invoices (IPC) according to FIDIC construction standards,
- Monitoring of payment of customer invoices,
- Monitoring of subcontracting and supply contracts,
- Monitoring of the correct conformity of invoices received and their payment deadlines,
- Assistance to operational staff for the issuance of orders until payment to suppliers.
- Assistance in the Tax follow-up
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Handle any ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Management.
- Frequent visits to the construction sites.
