∎ Skills Required: QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to handle Multi buyer's Inspection in Knit Project.
∎ Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
∎ Need to maintain finishing quality controlling SOP.
∎ Lead and develop QC team and responsible for all quality-related activities/ issues.
∎ Ensures quality and conformity of products according to buyers' requirements.
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly.
∎ Instruct, guide and counsel the finishing department for correct tagging, and packing requirements.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and or corrective actions.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective action.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the sewing, merchandising and production, IE, planning, GPQ, and sample department.
∎ Evaluate quality staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development.
∎ Handle buyer's quality inspections independently.
∎ Experience conducting in line and final inspection
∎ To ensure on-time shipment as per buyer's quality level.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
