Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 25 years
Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 20 lbs)
Basic understanding of following packing and shipping procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visually inspect garments accessories for defects like stitching errors, wrong colors, or missing components.
Utilize measuring tools and measure to ensure products meet size and specification requirements.
Conduct random sampling of finished products to ensure consistency in quality.
Learn and implement quality control procedures specific to different types of garments accessories (RFID Hang Tag, Paper Tag, Labels, etc.).
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
Carefully pack garments accessories according to customer specifications and order details.
Prepare orders for shipment by verifying packing lists and documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading of finished goods onto delivery vehicles.
Research and understand different shipping regulations and procedures.
Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
Participate in company training programs on quality control, packing, and shipping best practices.
Assist other team members as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
