Cyclone shelters and their WASH facilities will be repaired and made ready for evacuation. Once triggers are met, 120 trained volunteers will pre-identify and prepare the most vulnerable households for assisted evacuation, while 400 highly vulnerable households will receive direct evacuation support and mobility assistance.
