Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Master's degree in any discipline. Social Science, Anthropology, Fine Arts, Philosophy, Psychology, Social Work is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and support all aspects of the SASA! Together methodology for community leader and community activist.
∎ Support community leaders and community activists to implement SASA! Together methodology.
∎ Facilitate training on the SASA! Together based on training modules.
∎ Review and provide feedback (verbal and written) on adaptations of SASA! Together methodologies.
∎ Proactively contribute to quality and timely drafting of weekly, monthly reports.
∎ Work and engage community leaders as activist to prevent violence against women through SASA! Together methodology.
∎ Train community activists and local activists.
∎ Work on adaptation of SASA! Together tool kits.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have knowledge or willingness to learn and challenge oneself and others regarding gender roles, power relationships and gender-based violence
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with leaders and influencers in the community.
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by leaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community and need to be willing to let the male engagement community groups be in the spotlight
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Male as Ally
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
∎ TEAM Player
∎ Adaptability
∎ Compassion
∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external departments
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret data
