Location will be at Faridpur. The selected candidates will be compensated with attractive package.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work very closely with the whole production team to meet the production target within the lead time.
∎ Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of production.
∎ Motivate production team and utilize labor to achieve production target.
∎ Follow up on quality of the Yarn, production, development of maintenance.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department when required.
∎ Co-ordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality and also customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Inform Department head to solve or implement the alternate options in case of major problems
∎ Maintain concerned record & documents.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Fresher are highly encouraged to apply
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Students will get preference
∎ Understanding of process, machineries, safety norm, planning concepts
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
∎ Analytical ability & Output oriented approach
∎ Should have hard working mentality
